I understand that my/my child's participation in the Community Matters Partnership Twilight Runway Challenge is voluntary.  

I am aware that I should consult with a physician, if necessary, before I/he/she undertakes any physical exercise programme.  

I will not, nor will anyone acting on my behalf, hold CMP or Blackbushe Airport, or any of their employees, responsible for any injuries that might occur from my participation/my child's participation in this wellness activity.
